1. Take a trough or bowl of any kind with a lid- metal /non-metal
2. Fill with plain water
3. Measure the quantity filled
4. For every litre of water add 100 ml of Zitrifresh
5. Rinse in plain water before soaking, to remove all visible dirt / contaminants
6. Soak all food items before storage / use for about 5 minutes
7. Remove and allow to dry, do not rinse
8. Cook or consume
9. Change the mixture every 15 days
10. Keep the trough / bowl closed when not in use
11. Avoid soaking porus vegetables like mushrooms.
